NHS Non-emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS)

The non-emergency patient transport service is funded by the NHS for patients who, due to their mobility needs or medical condition, are unable to travel safely by other means. The service is provided by E-zec Medical Transport Services Ltd on behalf of your local NHS.

Community Transport – Droitwich CVS

Ran by volunteers, members of this service use their own care to provide transport for journeys to and from shops, doctors and social activities for residents of the following parishes:

Crowle, Dodderhill, Doverdale, Droitwich, Hadzor, Hampton Lovett, Hanbury, Hartlebury, Himbleton, Hindlip, Martin Hussingtree, North Claines, Oddingley, Ombersley, Salwarpe, Westwood.

There are two accessible minibuses available for hire – an adapted minibus and a wheelchair adapted vehicle. They are available weekdays, evenings and weekends.

To be eligible to hire one of these vehicles you must be a non profit making organisation OR, for personal hire, it must be for the benefit of a friend or family member who has mobility difficulties or a disability.

Charges for hire include £6.00 booking fee plus 75p per kilometre travelled.
